So we've already established that it's against the law for minors to have access to adult content, either at a store, or online. But none of the online pornography websites are verifying the age of their users. This is against the law!
I've written many politicians about this, but recently I've taken another position.
Since the lack of age verification methods is a crime, what we need to be doing is reporting this crime.
I have over 350 signatures who signed this petition, if we got every person who signed this to file a complaint with the FBI, it would pressure them to do something about these XXX websites leaking adult content to minors.
Just like every signature counts, we can take a stand also by using legal means at our disposal to get the job done!
The IC3 is the FBI's internet crime complaint center. If we want these adult websites to be punished for their crimes, we have to report them.
I have already made one complaint against the website, but it would be way more beneficial if we made multiple complaints for the same website at the same time.
So please, go to https://www.ic3.gov/
Click "File a complaint".
You are going to fill out some of your personal information so that they can contact you.
Then you are going to file out the information on the business committing the crime (in this case, we will pick pornhub.com).
I have already looked up the information for pornhub.com that you will need to fill out, so you can copy and paste all of it into the following fields.

"
Pornhub.com is hosting pornographic material on its platform, and they do not require proper age verification methods to verify the age of its users. They are knowingly distributing pornographic materials to minors over the internet who go to their websites. According to the Department of Justice’s own website (https://www.justice.gov/criminal/criminal-ceos/obscenity): “The Supreme Court has ruled that, “transmitting obscenity and child pornography, whether via the Internet or other means, is... illegal under federal law for both adults and juveniles.”-Reno v. ACLU, 521 U.S. 844 (1998) “Obscenity is not protected under First Amendment rights to free speech, and violations of federal obscenity laws are criminal offenses. Federal law strictly prohibits the distribution of obscene matter to minors. Any transfer or attempt to transfer such material to a minor… including over the internet, is punishable by federal law…. “ And according to another page from the DOJ (https://www.justice.gov/criminal/criminal-ceos/citizens-guide-us-federal-law-obscenity): “It is illegal for an individual to knowingly use interactive computer services to display obscenity in a manner that makes it available to a minor of less than 18 years of age (see 47 U.S.C. S 223(d) -Communications Decency Act of 1996, as amended by the PROTECT act of 2003)... It is also illegal to knowingly make a commercial communication via the Internet that includes obscenity and is available to any minor less than 17 years of age (See 47. U.S.C. S 231 – Child Online Protection Act of 1998)… Harmful materials for minors include any communication consisting of nudity, [or] sex… In addition to facing imprisonment and fines, convicted offenders of federal obscenity laws involving minors may also be required to register as sex offenders.” "

After that, fill out any relevant information you might have in the forms provided (feel free to put N/A if nothing goes in any of the boxes).
Copy, Paste, and Save the receipt in a Word document, so that you don't lose the proof that you filed a complaint!
This way, we can create a legal paper trail that we can take to their superiors, other legal entities, if they fail to follow through with cracking down on adult websites.
If you filed a complaint, feel free to contact me and let me know. If they don't follow through on a long enough timeline, we can file a complaint with OIG, which is an independent 3rd party organization that will investigate federal government agencies that are not doing their job.
Let's all fight the good fight. It's as easy as filling in the blanks, and I've looked up all the important information for you. You just have to copy and paste most of it.
Thank you for your time, every effort counts!
God bless yall
