Recent developments show we’re gaining momentum in the fight to protect children from online pornography!

States like Louisiana, Texas, and others have passed laws requiring age verification for accessing adult websites!

These laws recognize pornography as a public health crisis and take meaningful steps to ensure that children cannot access explicit material. In response to these efforts, Pornhub and other platforms have started pulling out of certain states rather than comply with these regulations.

While this is a step in the right direction, it’s not enough to leave the safety of our children up to a patchwork of state laws.

We already have federal laws in place prohibiting the distribution of obscene materials to minors, but they are not being enforced.

If we want to see real change across the entire United States, we must demand action from Congress and the Department of Justice!

 Contact your congressman and senators to urge them to enforce existing federal laws and support national measures for mandatory ID verification on adult websites!
