What the Turquoise Tower is:

• A 22-story highrise
• A hotel with 139 hotel units
• 65 market-rate residences
• Just 5 affordable residences for moderate-income tenants
• Just 5 affordable residences for low-income tenants

What the Turquoise Tower is NOT:

• Affordable housing
• A solution to the housing shortage
• A positive addition to the surrounding community

The project is in the hands of the City of San Diego. Keep asking officials to reject this it.
