Thank you for supporting our efforts to save the remnant forests in the City of Fairfax.  We presented our Petition to the City Council at this past Tuesday's Council Meeting.  We were met with applause from a packed room of those waiting for their turn to speak on behalf of the forests and all the life they support.  

Our work is not done yet.  If you are a resident of Fairfax City, we need you to send a note to the Mayor and City Council and ask for better alignments of the bike trails to preserve our forest.  

Everyone, resident or otherwise, please forward our petition onto others who might be interested.  We are keeping it open, it is a powerful tool and we need to keep spreading the word.
