Decision maker is changed

Sri. Gautam Kaul who promised people to demit his office in a month has kept his word. He himself wrote to this petitioner that Sri. Kiran Santharam from Mumbai Region is the new President. The mail does not contain any other information of the newly constituted Central Council and elected office bearers. He lamented that none from Kerala Sub Region, who extended support to him in advance, attended the meeting in which the new office bearers of F F S I were elected. It was also not known whether Sri. Kaul lost to Sri. Santharam or this petition was a subject of discussion in the meeting of the members of the Central Council, both outgoing and the newcomers. But I am at loss to understand why the Regional secretary, Southern region had sent the contact details of the newly elected C C members of that region to me now.
