CAMPAIGNERS staging a sit-in at a former town hall have collected hundreds of books to help start a library inside the building. Protestors are refusing to leave Fenton Town Hall in a bid to save the First World War memorial housed inside. Advertisement They fear a private developer will buy the site – which the Ministry of Justice is looking to sell for £500,000 – and demolish the building.
