Petition updateEND THE DESECRATION OF FENTON GREAT WAR MEMORIAL 1914 - 1918A Special Remembrance Day Service.
Alan GerrardStoke-on-Trent, ENG, United Kingdom
Oct 30, 2014 — http://greatwarmemorial.wordpress.com/2014/10/30/a-special-remembrance-day-service/ Join the residents of Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent for a special Remembrance Day Service. We are grateful to the Ministry of Justice UK for arranging appropriate security to open Fenton Town-Hall between 9.00 and 14.00: This means relatives, residents and visitors will be able to view the four memorials which have been locked away from the public for nearly two years as the ministry look to sell off the building. This includes the spectacular Minton tiled memorial to the Great War 1914 – 1918, which is immovable and at risk of demolition.
