Although a petition designed to be open between August and October each year for protest signing with the petition being closed during the "good" half of the year when days are getting longer and when we actually have 9pm sunsets, we have reached 150 signatures, our goal is to reach 200 by the time BST ends at the end of October before our annual closure.
CSV spreadsheet findings prove we have ironically secured a signature from Singapore, a place that pretty much has year-round 6pm sunsets (well, maybe they can put their clocks three hours ahead and call 6pm 9pm!).
Although the petition remains closed at other times of the year, I will post updates on certain landmark days like the Winter Solstice (when the Earth starts moving in the right direction, and late May when we get our 9pm sunsets back).
