This proposal has not yet been introduced to Council. At this time, I have not seen any materials beyond what has been posted online.

Our process begins with a neighborhood meeting, followed by a public hearing at a later date (which has not yet been scheduled). After that, the proposal is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board, an advisory board made up of citizens, before ultimately coming before Council. This process typically takes at least four months, and often longer.

Since I do not currently have any detailed information about the proposal, I do not have anything substantive to discuss at this time. I would be happy to have a conversation about it in the future as more information becomes available.
