As you all know (or may not but will after this update) Action is being taken to stop this project. There is a lawsuit in the system against this project for all their preemptive approvals which clearly violates the ordinances that were made to protect our wetland, the pines and the Matedeconk. Chris P. has stepped forward and is spearheading this suit being supported by the newly formed Pineland Coalition. Now he needs our support as neighbors to help ease the burden of financial costs it will take to hire the correct surveyors and experts that will prove our case that we have all made by signing this petition which is THIS DOES NOT BELONG HERE on a residential street on this environmentally sound parcel of land which needs to be preserved. So there is a go fund me link below that im putting in to help people donate to the cause so we get all the proof needed so it becomes an iron clad case that proves this.
