Unfortunately after 2 years of fighting this project the ZBA finally approved it over the Town Council's vote to pull their support. 

The fact is that any Local Initiative Program (LIP) based 40b requires the support of the Town's CEO which in Franklin is the Town Council.  The fact that the Town Council pulled support and yet the ZBA went forward with it anyway is a major defect in the approval.

But the only recourse now is to appeal. To that end a group of abutters are working to raise $25,000 for an appeal.  A GoFundMe has been setup to help raise the money.
