At the last Town Council meeting the Town Administrator admitted that he had heard from residents and for that reason, he was amending his "Friendly" 40b process to no longer except 40b projects that were for rental properties.

But this change in heart did not come with any change for the Stobbart's (444 East Central Street) or Grove Street 40b projects.

So, tonight I will formerly ask for the Town Council to put the Stobbart's project back on the agenda and to allow the Town Council to rescind their vote.  I will share with them the fact that we have over 400 people who have signed this online petition.

Whether or not they agree to put this back on the agenda, I am asking that those of you who support ending this project please show up at the next Town Council meeting on Wednesday, November 20th either to voice your opinion or just provide your support.
