Unable to place hard copy in store

Hi guys, I spoke to the manager of Lidl Gadlys on Saturday. He was unable to give me permission, to leave a hard copy of the petition in the store. He said, it was a decision which could only be taken by someone senior to him. I'm very disappointed with this setback, but we will carry on.
