I am so grateful to everyone who has signed and shared this petition so far. Reaching over 2,000 signatures in just over a week is a huge achievement, and it shows just how strongly people feel about protecting Enhanced Provision. 💙

But we know there’s still a lot more to do.

Over the past week, I have been working together with a group of parents to get ourselves organised. We are reaching out to councillors, MSP and MPs to voice our concerns.  We are also speaking to the media to make sure our children’s voices are heard, and we’ll be attending Falkirk Council’s public consultation events this week and next. We’d encourage as many of you as possible to come along, and to make sure you also complete the council’s consultation survey — every single response matters.

The strength of support we’ve received has been incredible — not just here in Falkirk, but from across Scotland and beyond. That shows this is about more than one council or one community. It’s a systemic issue: families everywhere are concerned about the removal of specialist support for children with additional needs.

Together, we are building a strong and united voice to say loud and clear: our children deserve the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
