Dear City Manager and elected officials 
 
It has come to the attention of residents and business owners of District 2 that you are pursuing, aiding and abetting or participating in the reprehensible "witch hunt" of our elected council member Sean Loloee.  We ask that you cease and desist these actions immediately as we the residents of District 2 did not ask for this.
 
The "allegations" against Mr. Loloee are unproven, unprofessional and if indeed an "investigation"  has been happening since 2009, it astounds us that NOTHING has been proven.  Hence the "witch hunt" which appears to be driven by Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg and at this time all allegations are just that - allegations!  These allegations are made concerning the Council member’s outside business affiliations NOT his performance of duties in the capacity of an elected City Council member. 
 
Let due process take its course and allow Sean Loloee to defend himself.  We are tired of Steinberg's political stunts to try to steamroll anyone who gets in his way...like putting city homeless on the outer border of District 2, within feet of the Sacramento County boundary.  A location which is lacking adequate City services nearby.  Yet it was your vote, not Council member Loloee’s which severely compromised the safety and quality of life for hundreds of residents and businesses.  We know Sean Loloee had tried to block this placement at the insistence of HIS constituents.  He has valiantly served the underserved in his community, and has tirelessly strived to enhance our quality of life, and brought hope to hundreds for positive change. Your apparent soulless passion to destroy him should be a profound source of shame to you and yours. 
 
Stop participating as this is not what we the people of District 2 want. Perhaps YOUR constituents would appreciate your focus on the needs of the district you were elected to represent, and not time spent conspiring to do harm to another.
