Dear Caring Friend, Thank you for signing the petition to stop Anaheim’s community cat feeding ban! The city has changed the law! It is no longer illegal for Disneyland to feed their beloved cats! You helped save many little lives! With your help, we have made a huge impact! But unfortunately it is still illegal for residents to feed if the city deems the feeding to be causing a ‘nuisance’ - and spay/neuter programs are desperately needed - so our work here is not done! The city seems to have good intentions, and they have offered to have our organization, ‘Anaheim Fix Project’ partner with them to help create humane new policies and programs. You can help us make a real difference going forward! This is a truly wonderful opportunity to not only help the desperate kitties of Orange County, but to also create a new kind of cooperative partnership with city government that can serve as a model for other cities across the county and the country! But we are just a small, new organization and in order to make this new partnership a success, we need your help! We need individual volunteers and other rescue organizations to come on board to help with everything from creating new city policies and programs to helping with our daily TNR and rescue efforts like trapping and fostering kittens.
