Hi,
You are receiving this message because you were kind enough to sign the petition protesting the proposed development on the Brook House Farm site adjacent to St Leonard and St Mary, our Parish Church.
We have been following the Planning processes closely, the application has been amended a number of times, and it will now come before the Planning Committee of the City Council at 2pm on February 4th at the Civic Building in Doncaster.
Although a range of amendments have been made, for example, reduction to 5 instead of 6 dwellings, the fundamental issues of over intensive development and access have not been appropriately addressed.
Here is a link to the current, amended, application. It is not too late to object online.
If you wish to speak at the meeting in order to object here is a link to send a request.

A number of people have already registered to speak. Some interested parties are meeting at the Armthorpe Councillors Cuppa and Chat session, at Charles Court on Charles Street at 11am on Saturday February 1st, to discuss how to proceed. if you would like to come along please do.
At the Planning meeting Cllr Tim Needham is registered to speak as is the Parish Council Chair. Church members will also speak.
We are also going to refresh the Petition and create more Social Media. There are currently around 680 signatories.
if you wish to we would encourage you to make your feelings known to the Planning Committee either online or in person. These proposals will be a blight on our Community life and it is important that we make our feelings, and objections, known.
Best wishes,
Chris Brodhurst-Brown
