Since we started the #britssowhite campaign, we have seen musicians speaking out and the Brits organisers put out a statement promising to improve diversity in future. I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone who supported this campaign. I feel proud that we spoke up and didn't ignore the elephant in the room every time there is a big awards ceremony and black people are not recognised. We spoke and our voices were finally heard.
