The "Let Them Be Kids" petition is nothing more than a big prank. It's poorly laid out, filled with signatures from a bunch of out-of-touch boomers, and was started by someone clearly just seeking media attention—a true media whore.

What’s baffling is the claim that one of the parents whose child supposedly "committed suicide" due to social media has an Arabic-sounding name. Anyone with half a brain knows that News Corp is against Islam, and it's well-known that suicide is haram. So, what’s really going on here?

And then there's the story they’re pushing about a 17-year-old who allegedly took his own life—not because of social media, but because of sexual abuse. Yet they’re using this tragic case to justify banning social media for under-16s. That’s like banning driving for under-18s because some 21-year-old sank his boat. The logic just doesn’t hold up.

What’s even more contradictory is how they support Albo, who’s center-left, while News Corp is far-right. How does that make any sense? They’re trying to have it both ways, but the contradictions are glaring.

It’s shocking that people still support News Corp, especially after they defended Putin's actions by claiming he just wants to "keep his western borders secure." And let’s not forget that News Corp is backing the Heads Up Alliance, the same group that’s trying to push this petition. We all know the real reason Murdoch wants social media banned for teens—so they can't use TikTok for news and have to rely on his biased outlet, news.com.au. I bet Murdoch’s own kids are allowed to have social media. 

He claims to want to "protect our children," but maybe the best way to do that is by shutting down News Corp, which is more harmful than social media ever could be. It's really sad. Rupert Murdoch doesn’t have much time left, and when he goes, his son is likely headed for trouble too. News Corp is doomed, and the "Let Them Be Kids" petition is just a prime example of their idiocracy. 

Murdoch uses his already biased news outlets to spread fear and push his own agenda. But this isn’t the end—not by a long shot. If you look on Reddit, there are so many people who want to #KEEPTHEAGESAME. We’re not alone. Even people on The Guardian want to keep the age the same, but they get hate from News Corp worshippers. We may not agree with everyone’s ideology, but that doesn’t matter. We will fight. Even if the age change gets passed, we will keep fighting until we win.
