Hi everyone,
As we head into 2026, I want to share an important update. I’ll be stepping back from active advocacy for a while—but the fight to delay the App Store Accountability Act until **March 13, 2027** is far from over.
Why now? Because a **lawsuit has been filed against the Texas version of the bill**, and that legal challenge weakens the federal version. It proves what we’ve been saying all along: this legislation is flawed, rushed, and risks violating youth rights and privacy.
Here is the resources to the lawsuit

This pause isn’t surrender—it’s strategy. The bill is stalled, and the pressure we’ve built is working. I’m asking Congress to **honor the delay until March 13 2027**—not just for me, but for every teen whose voice was left out of this debate.
I may be less active in 2026 to Q1 of 2027, but I’m counting on you to keep sharing, speaking out, holding lawmakers accountable and making my message on mainstream news. Every signature, every share, every comment matters.
Let’s make sure they hear us—loud and clear—until **March 13, 2027**.
And because of this I am shutting down this petition and the others
Thank you for standing with me.
