We have 114 signatures.  The point of this petition is to raise awareness about the issue and have people show up at town meeting and vote.

The more shares (locally) the more awareness we raise.  

G.L c. 40A allows developers to develop a minimum of 15 units per acre “as of right.”  This takes away local zoning control and dictates the construction high density population in our already congested town. More traffic, less parking, more strain on already crumbling infrastructure (have you seen our sidewalks?)
