But, we also encourage you to submit individual comments to Marcia Lucero, Project Manager, at mlucero@co.pierce.wa.us, by July 18. Insist that a full Environmental Impact Assessment be done to address the many significant impacts: traffic mess, loss of farmland, floodplain destruction, change in Puyallup character and quality of life.
