On September 24, the developer of TerraNova officially pulled their rezone request, a huge victory that wouldn’t have happened without your support, signatures, and voices.

But just two days later, I was served with a lawsuit from the developer. Yes, after standing up for our community, I’m now being targeted personally.

This fight has become bigger than zoning, it’s now about protecting the right of residents to speak up without fear of retaliation… multimillionaires suing blue collar families while simultaneously playing the victim card.
