This past weekend, my son was sent for another visit with his father — the same man I’ve reported for abuse, coercive control, and neglect. The same man linked to multiple police charges. The same man I’ve pleaded with family services to protect my son from.
Family services has still not responded to my formal letter.
They ignored my request for accountability.
They ignored the documented evidence.
They ignored my basic Charter rights — including:
Section 7: My right to security of the person, as a disabled mother denied access based on my disability
Section 2(b): My right to freedom of expression, by pressuring me to take down my social media and petition
Section 15: My right to equal protection under the law, as a disabled woman facing systemic discrimination
And still — they sent my son back.
This isn’t just personal. It’s political. It’s systemic. And it’s happening in plain sight.
I will not be silent.
I will not back down.
And I will not apologize for fighting for my child.
