

It can be difficult to use the ticket machines at Aldershot Station to find the ticket that I need.
This week, to get the best routes and prices for longer journeys, I needed a Senior Railcard, which the Ticket Office staff helped me buy in no more than five minutes.
The Ticket Office staff then helped me plan and pay for the best routes and prices for tickets to and from Leeds next month.
Like me, many people want help and service from Ticket Office staff who are experienced and trained to use the online route-planning and booking system.
The closing date for consultation is now 1 September, so our Petition will be submitted at the end of this month.
