Over 220 people have signed this petition, in opposition to reckless high density development.  Remember, zoning exceptions have the potential to set new precedent-that means today, three and four story buildings, next year who knows how high developers will ask to go!  This town is not the place for tall buildings.  Consultants insisted in the Vibrancy Study that "downtown" is defined as taller buildings, but if that's the case, why is Midtown Row such a colossal retail failure?
