TO:  Placer County, California Residents Only (or former Rocklin residents)

Sierra College has hired a developer who has filed application with the City of Rocklin to develop 2 College "Surplus" properties totaling 107 acres of land with predominantly high density housing.  The southern portion of a 36 acre piece of College property at the S/E corner of Rocklin Road and El Don Drive is part of a beautiful wildlife habitat and part of a larger wildlife and riparian corridor.  Please sign this petition to oppose the City of Rocklin approving development in this wildlife habitat at the southern edge of this property and to stop the development of small lot residential housing on both these properties including the 72 acre piece of land at Rocklin Road and Sierra College Blvd.  Photos of land at southern end of 36 acre property at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1lebQtuPdbNWUtNYkVvMEh6ZEU and Photos of wildlife on the 36 acre piece of land at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1lebQtuPdbNejBibURKUHlQdnM
