Women in the society are being subjected as trophies for men. They are being classified as useless unless it is for household choirs and duties. Advertisements that show the dominance of the male species are clearly biased and patriarchal. It is trying to convey that men are second to none. Gender roles keep women from expressing their emotions; traps them situations they may not want, and causes damage all over the place. Women are being treated as objects and toys for the benefit of men. Women should be given the same opportunities and rewards as their counterparts. Women should be able to choose whether what they want to be, and not be forced into it by the society’s favored gender roles, employment issues, no educational access, or other restrictions.
Equality can only be achieved only if women are respected as same men.
