Keep the push alive

hello all, we need more traction here - SCE is still raising rates, and is trying to pursue a new Income-Driven plan, instead of usage-based, that would essentially give them a way to increase billing for middle-class folks. This means it won't matter how much electricity you use, you will instead, be billed on your household income.
