This council has RENT CONTROL and JUST CAUSE EVICTIONS on the MARCH 27TH 6pm meeting.  They already wrote their draft petition, have you been heard on the subject?  There is much more to come. 

A group of people have come together and started a grass roots organization called ALL MEDFORD.  Purpose of the group is to keep ALL MEDFORD informed, share and disperse information on all the changes being proposed in Medford that affect you and your family.
