For far too long, poor work, wasted public funds, broken promises, and failed policies have been excused or defended simply because of party loyalty, family names, or favorite political personalities. I believe that when we offer unconditional support to those in power, we give away our voice as citizens and allow poor performance to continue without any real consequences. I believe that true civic duty requires us to look past color lines and political camps, recognizing that holding leaders to high standards is not an act of disloyalty—it is simply demanding the fair, competent, and honest leadership every community deserves.

Through this petition, you are asking for:

• Performance Over Personalities: Evaluating public officials based on real results, clear work, and ethical conduct rather than party allegiance, popular names, or individual charm.

  Active Political Oversight: Rejecting blind fanaticism and holding all elected leaders accountable for their actions, regardless of who voted for them or which political side they represent.

  Constructive Governance: Shifting our community focus away from divisive political arguments and toward practical policies that bring actual progress and improve daily lives.

  Fiscal Transparency: Demanding complete honesty, clear public reports, and responsible management regarding how taxpayers' hard-earned money is spent on public projects.

  Equal Standards for All Leaders: Applying the same strict expectations of integrity, lawfulness, and responsiveness to every politician, whether they are in government or in the opposition.

  Protection of Public Service: Ensuring that government agencies, programs, and community services are run by qualified, capable individuals rather than politically favored allies.
