Dear RSA Advocates We still haven't gotten any official word on why those cases out of Chicago were dismissed, but we're on it. We have received information on a case though that just might be a game changer. In United States v. Hardee(3rd Circuit), District Judge Joseph E. Irenas sentenced Mr. Hardee to no Mandatory Minimum sentence on the imaginary drugs and the Government has filed an appeal. We've been unable to access the sentencing transcripts though to find out the authority the judge used because there's a "SEAL" on them (another way for them to keep the public from knowing what's going on so they can keep sweeping these type of cases under the rug).
