Attention Advocates- We have received notice that the Supreme Court has released "Cert Grants" for cases added to their docket for this upcoming term, and are glad to announce that there is a case on their docket related to our cause. In Taylor v. United States (a case coming out of the 4th Cir.) the High Court will hear arguments related to the robbery of drug dealers, and it's implied affect on "Interstate Commerce" under the "Hobbs Act" statue (the controlling statue in most fictitious stash-house cases). If argued & ruled on favorably, this can be the big break we have all been waiting on. Remember that Supreme Court rulings are the "law of the land", so let's pray that this case is ruled in our favor.
