Charges pending against tour bus driver after pedestrian struck, killed in Streeterville Palka, 26, of 480 N. McClurg Ct., was pronounced dead at 7:04 p.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to the medical examiner’s office. An autopsy is scheduled for later Wednesday.
