NJ Transit/USA Coach Bus Driver was not charged with Vehicular Homicide for Deshon Jonson but for Joseph Currier. Deshon Johnson was a twenty year old with no children. He was ambitious, talented and an educated young man who had a bright future ahead of him, until a NJ Transit/Coach USA bus driver ended his life. On the day of Mr. Johnson death there was a lot of construction work was going on without proper safety precaution for pedestrian on Broad Street which is a county road. The bus driver did not stopped to pick up Mr. Johnson at the bus stop he kept on going speeding around the corner jumping the curb where the 22 year old young man stood knocking him down where the construction work were taken placed on county road near the bus stopped.
