Ms Naomi Johnson is getting unclear information on her son’s case. It is lead to believe that the Essex County prosecutor is passing the death blame on the victim to protect county road. The prosecutor office is making claims that Mr. Johnson was struck on Bay. However, the Mayor of Bloomfield stated it happen on the corner of Broad Street which is the county road. There are questionable suspicious and it is a shame to blame the death on the victim who cannot advocate for himself. Ms. Johnson is heartbroken every day thinking about the tragic fatality of her son’s death. Ms. Johnson said, “She is dealing with ongoing psychological trauma”.
