C'mon 500!

Hi Everyone!

So close... we're at 465 signatures as I write, so thanks so much for signing and please keep sharing!  It gives this issue so much more cogency if we break through 500, I am sure we can do it and I'm really looking forward to it.

In other news, PHoSTRA is always in the news!  Only yesterday in NYC. As a society we have still have to come to terms with the Sharing Economy. The prosperity and diversity it brings as well as keeping our urban spaces vibrant and full.  Empty or half used residences belong to a past! But of course, it needs to be managed and regulated. And this is what this petition is about, the better regulation of PHoSTRA (Private Home Short Term Rental Accommodation). Not just a few 'lucky' Councils to tax the s#*t! out of it!
