Petition updateStop Punishing Nurses for Legal Cannabis Use in MissouriMissouri Commission Confirms: This Is a Civil Rights Case, Not a License Issue

Big news — the Missouri Commission on Human Rights has officially accepted my case and issued a Charge of Discrimination.

This means the state found credible evidence that what happened to me wasn’t just an administrative or licensing matter — it’s a civil rights issue.

For years, I’ve fought to clear my name and expose how nurses are punished for honesty, disability, and lawful medical treatment. I was never impaired, never failed a test, and my own documentation shows I was fit for duty. Yet, I was terminated and later disciplined for a “smell” — without evidence.

This case represents more than me. It’s about reforming how Missouri and other states treat healthcare professionals with PTSD, anxiety, and other protected medical conditions.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far. Your signatures and shares are what keep this fight alive.

Please keep spreading the word — we’re just getting started.
