Traffic and Congestion concerns

The Capital Gazette publish, "Dining out: Piera family sticks to winning formula at Mike's North" in 2014. (https://www.capitalgazette.com/entertainment/ph-ac-en-dining-mikesnorth-0918-20140918-story.html

In the article the author makes special mention "Crowded parking lots seem to run in the family when it comes to restaurants owned by the Piera family."

The best predictor of future action is the past. Mike's has shown their business formula includes parking lot congestion. They cannot manage parking in their businesses. Our community deals with enough congestion with one of their businesses, we can't deal with another.
