The support we’ve had from riders for our fight against Hackney’s motorcycle parking charges has been incredible. Over 1,200 bikers have now donated to help take this case to the High Court, and thousands more have backed this petition. It means the world to us to know the biking community is behind this.

But we’re still short. Delays in the legal process have pushed costs much higher than expected, and even with everything raised so far, the SLM founders are still personally covering a significant share to keep this case alive.

Next week – 14–15 October – we’ll finally be in the High Court to stand up for your right to ride.

If we win, this case could set a national precedent protecting riders across the UK from unfair council charges.
