Our court date with Hackney has been postponed until after March. This is because we have new evidence we want the court to consider.
It's disappointing to have to wait, but the new evidence could be decisive in winning the case, and this was the only way to make sure it would be heard! The evidence concerns a case against Hackney Council about their decision to put in parking controls that was won by Hackney residents! We're waiting to hear back from the court about the new date for the hearing, we will let you know as soon as we do.
