The Court Has Adjourned The Matter To July 29, 2026, For A One-Day Continuation Of The Trial

After six days of TRIAL proceedings, the Court has adjourned the matter to July 29, 2026, for a one-day continuation of the trial. The youngest child's permanent residence application has remained unresolved since 2022 after concerns and allegations were raised by the father. To this day, no court has found the mother guilty of terrorism, criminal conduct, or any offence that would justify depriving a child "7 years old" wihout any faut of her immigration status, healthcare coverage "OHIP", or long-term stability. Oooooh, children's interest! Oooooh, Justice!
After a 16-day trial, the mother successfully defended herself against allegations of abducting her own children. If the allegations of criminality and extremism remain unproven, one must ask: is the mother's niqab the real issue? Is that why old matters that were resolved years ago are being reopened and recycled, while the children risk being separated from the mother who has cared for them since birth?
We are still at the very beginning of this trial despite the significant time already spent in court. Based on the pace of the proceedings so far, it appears that this case may exceed the length of the previous 16-day trial.
As I have stated in my previous updates, I remain deeply concerned about the direction of this process and the ongoing attempts to undermine the relationship between three children and their mother "the children's mother, primary caregiver, and sole residential parent". Throughout these proceedings, I have continued to witness actions that raise serious concerns about fairness, procedural justice, and the protection of the children's best interests.
Despite the challenges, delays, and obstacles, I continue to believe that truth will prevail and that justice cannot be defeated by manipulation or abuse of power.
Above all, I place my trust in ALLAH Almighty. Human plans may succeed or fail, but ALLAH's plan never fails. He is the Best of Planners, and His justice is perfect.
Please continue to keep my children and our family in your prayers as we prepare for the continuation of the trial on July 29, 2026.
ALLAH is the Greatest.
