CANADIAN COURTS HAVE TAKEN CONTROL OF THE CASE FILE OF A MUSLIM CANADIAN WOMAN OF PALESTINIAN DESCENT, TURNING IT OVER TO FREEMASONS TO HANDLE A FAMILY MATTER INVOLVING CHILDREN IN A RELIGIOUSLY AND RACIALLY DISCRIMINATORY WAY.

I am writing the latest update on my case today—on the best day of the year, the Day of ʿArafah. I am taking every lawful step, firmly convinced that ALLAH Almighty has placed us in this trial for a great good that is near, ALLAH willing, and that the final outcome rests with Him alone.
After receiving “today” an email informing me that the children’s counsel has been changed for the third time—transferring the children’s file to a new lawyer at a new office on the pretext of serving “the best interests of the children,” even though every prior investigation has already concluded—it appears that each time I present strong evidence and we approach a definitive end to this case, one of the opposing parties moves the file to request extensions of hearings and procedures so they can “study and review” a case file that is, in fact, already complete and now exceeds 6,000 pages.
Is what they are doing even legal, or are they simply manipulating Muslims’ files—especially after my ex-husband submitted, on June 2 , 2025, court documents containing Facebook images from four years ago about Zionists and Freemasons, steering the court toward prejudice not only against a niqab-wearing Muslim woman but against a Muslim of Palestinian origin, the daughter and granddaughter of freedom-real men?
Pardon me, but what role does Canada have in a years-long dispute between a Canadian citizen living inside Canada—Muslim by faith and Palestinian by heritage—and her ex-husband, who, after the divorce (and after all orders were issued in her favor), threatened (thinking that he has the power) to destroy her, DECLARING THAT HE IS NOT A MUSLIM AT ALL BUT A MASONIC ZIONIST WHO DELIBERATELY MARRIED HER FOR THEIR ZIONIST OBJECTIVES? It’s obvious that I don’t carry a weapon! I’m not a terrorist, nor am I affiliated with any organization that could justify accusing me of activities dangerous to state security. Racism and hatred against Muslims have now been unmistakably confirmed and are rapidly increasing in a country we once hoped would be just—one ruled by a fair leader like the Christian king of Abyssinia, to whom our beloved Prophet Muḥammad -peace be upon him- directed his oppressed companions to migrate so that he could protect them under the banner of justice. That king never forced them to follow laws that clashed with their faith and creed, nor did he place over them anyone whose beliefs opposed theirs so as to harm or persecute them. I moved, together with my three children, in obedience to ALLAH Almighty and His beloved Messenger-peace be upon him-, hoping that our country, Canada, would grant us justice and lift the oppression that has befallen us.
After submitting new investigation files to prove the discrimination directed at my religion and origin “Palestine” I firmly uphold my own right—and that of my Muslim brothers and sisters—to demand, urgently, that our cases be heard in Islamic courts under the authority of our reputable scholars and imams, without any non-Muslim judge presiding over Muslims and their children.
Muslims, who are the second highest percentage of religion in Canada, need to stablish Sharia-based courts in Canada that BAR A NON-BELIEVER FROM EXERCISING GUARDIANSHIP OVER A BELIEVER—THEREBY PREVENTING THE REMOVAL OF MUSLIM CHILDREN, THE CHANGING OF THEIR NAMES AND RELIGION UNDER THE PRETEXT OF ALLEGED PARENTAL VIOLENCE THAT HAS NO FACTUAL BASIS, BUT IS RATHER A CONSPIRACY WOVEN AGAINST MUSLIMS. I have presented conclusive evidence of manipulation and falsification in my file aimed at taking my children from me.
Muslims need Sharia courts that apply the rulings of GUARDIANSHIP, CUSTODY, INHERITANCE, AND ALL OTHER ISLAMIC PROVISIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOOK OF ALLAH Almighty AND THE SUNNAH OF THE BELOVED PROPHET -peace be upon him—RULINGS THAT IS ALREADY ALIGNING AT CANADIAN LAWS GUARANTEEING RESPECT FOR RELIGION, CULTURAL DIVERSITY, AND PERSONAL BELIEFS. HOW CAN THOSE LAWS BE IMPLEMENTED BY PEOPLE WHO NEITHER GRASP THE TRUE NATURE OF OUR RELIGIOUS DIRECTIVES NOR HOLD ANY RESPECT FOR THEM—INDEED, WHO HARBOR HOSTILITY TOWARD THEM?
THE EVIDENCE I SUBMITTED IN ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE SUFFICIENT TO PROVE THE DANGER FACING MUSLIMS AND THE CONSPIRACIES DEVISED TO TAKE OUR CHILDREN. SADLY, THIS REMINDS ME OF THE TRAGEDY THAT BEFELL INDIGENOUS CHILDREN—BUT WHAT IS NOW BEING PLOTTED AGAINST MUSLIMS IS EVEN MORE PERILOUS THAN ALL HISTORICAL INJUSTICES, WHETHER AGAINST INDIGENOUS CHILDREN, RACISM BASED ON SKIN COLOR, DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PREJUDICE.
All the evidence submitted to the investigations proves that my case was entirely FINISHED; yet it has dragged on for more than three years in Canada, steered by racist officials with no legal basis, violating the justice of our country and the very laws that are supposed to stand above everyone. They have refused to apply Canadian law to my file in order to block the enforcement of rulings that would demonstrate the FAIRNESS OF ISLAMIC SHARIA FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
The file of our case has been in the hands of Zionist Freemasons from the very start (to clarify: not Jews, as my ex wrote in his papers, but Zionists, because Judaism as a faith is different from Masonic Zionism). I filed a motion requesting that Judge Sharon—who is Jewish—be assigned, and I consulted several Jewish lawyers; they were extremely respectful, truly helped me legally, and showed me the manipulation that had been done to my case file. But those tampering with my file are Zionist Freemasons, and, by ALLAH Almighty, I FEAR NONE OF YOU. Your forgeries, violations, and betrayal of Canadian law—laws you swore to uphold in your professional roles—are merely part of ALLAH’s plan to trap you in the evil of your own deeds and to expose what you are doing against Muslims, violating every professional and humanitarian standard.

The manipulation of my file has dragged on—part of ALLAH’s plan, preparing us for what lies ahead—but now the time for change has come by ALLAH willing. Although I immigrated to Canada only four years ago, I am astonished that the roughly two million Muslims here remain silent while court rulings that conflict with Sharia law are applied without any action. How can a judge and government employees who hate Muslims be expected to abide by the laws of our country? Yes, Canadian laws may be somewhat fair, but how can they be useful when they are merely words with no enforcement? Those who hold positions in the governmental bodies responsible for filing human-rights complaints and reviewing a judge’s decisions for bias are people who hate Islam and have absolutely no respect for the law.
Where is our adherence to the jurisprudential principle that ‘no non-Muslim may hold authority over a Muslim’? Unfortunately, Muslim children have been forced to live with non-Muslim families, barred from contacting their parents, and even had their religion changed—without a shred of mercy, solely because of judges who hated Muslims and abused their authority to harm us.
