On April 26, 2025, at 5:40 pm: A new conspiracy — London Police respond to the father’s international call from Kuwait to report concerns about the children’s safety with the mother in London, Ontario.
Today, I write as a proud Canadian citizen—someone who swore the Oath of Allegiance to our sovereign King and promised to uphold Canada’s laws, which rest on the twin pillars of the supremacy of Lord and the rule of law. Those laws include the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, securing for each of us the “freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.”
On 26 April 2025, at 5:40 pm, police officers came to my apartment. Their visit was unlike the ones between 2021 and 2023, when they checked on our well-being and helped craft a safety plan to protect us from anyone who might harm us—including warning me that my ex-husband was trying to leverage his influence in Jordan to have me arrested if I ever left Canada.
This time, however, the knock on my door was triggered not by the officers themselves but by a long-distance call from my ex-husband, who now lives in Kuwait. Ever since the birth of our first child he has threatened that, if I asked divorced from him, I would “never see or even smell” my children again. When I finally insisted on ending the marriage, he pushed to have the children and me sent to Jordan; only later did I discover that—working with colleagues in Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior—he had flagged our children’s passports and filed a false report alleging that I had kidnapped them, so that I could be arrested in front of my own kids once I obey him to leave Kuwait in 2019-2020. Even after I found safety in Canada, he continued phoning to warn that he would “make the Canadian government take your children away if I did not return.” His latest tactic was to call London Police and claim the children were in danger with me, demanding a so-called “safety and well-being investigation.” That call marked the opening move in Canada to claim the changes of the circumstances after his failure in all the courts’ process in the appeal in Kuwait between 2019-2021, and again his failure in the trial in Canada between 2023-2024, a calculated scheme he has nurtured since 2019—one that has already forced us from Kuwait and that my children still remember all too vividly.
I admire the London Police Service motto: “DEEDS, NOT WORDS.”
But where are those deeds when it comes to investigating fraud and abuses of power against Muslims in Canada—especially cases in which children are taken from their Muslim families and pressured to change their religion by officials who issue false orders and write false statements? ………..Such as judges who harbor hatred toward Muslims.
Over the years I have filed numerous complaints, each backed by evidence of fraud and violence to the law, yet I have received NEITHER DEEDS NOR EVEN WORDS IN RESPONSE.
My question is this: What role has Canada played in supporting a violent man now living in Kuwait—a man who hired two exceedingly expensive Canadian lawyers yet still lost at trial? What facts has our esteemed government concealed to assist him, even after his fraud against Canada was exposed back in 2010? Or in other words, our esteemed government has ignored all my evidence to complain against them?!
Why do officials in London, Toronto, and other cities continue to help him, ignoring all the evidence supplied by the mother—who is proudly Muslim, wears the niqab, is Palestinian, a Canadian citizen, and holds final court orders confirming his violence and fraud in both Kuwait, Jordan, USA, and Canada? This case was already litigated between 2019 and 2021 in Kuwait and Jordan, where both parents appeared before the appellate courts and presented their evidence and pleadings. All the final orders have restricted the father from the guardianship (decision-making responsibility, custody, or/and overnight sleeping in his home). Those final orders were taken to protect the children and the woman under "Sharia-Law"- who weirdly the professionals in Canada in my case are claiming since 2022 that the "Sharia-Law" is oppression law against the children and the women!!!!!!!!! Ohhhh manipulators and oppressions, that will NEVER EVER be happened, INSHALLAH (ALLAH willing).
REMEMBER THAT:
In Ontario’s Children’s Law Reform Act (CLRA)—the statute the family‐court judges apply when they decide parenting-time or decision-making-responsibility orders—the child’s religion is expressly listed as a “best-interests” factor:
Section 24(3)(f)
*“the child’s *cultural, linguistic, religious and spiritual upbringing and heritage, including Indigenous upbringing and heritage.”
Unfortunately, these are just words; in my experience in court, these rules carry no weight in practice before the judges.
While they schemed and plotted to bend the law and take my children, ALLAH defended us. Their malicious plans continue, yet I trust that ALLAH’s own plan—flawless and unfailing—will prevail.
After reviewing countless Canadian cases, I discovered that our courts have granted protective orders to mothers and children who came to Canada before any final rulings were issued in the Middle East—often under the banner of shielding them from the so-called “violence and oppression” of Islamic Sharia. So why have the final judgments in my hand—judgments confirming that Sharia is, in fact, a system that rigorously protects both child and mother—been ignored?
My case is more urgent than many to which Canadian courts have given great weight. The evidence shows that the real danger comes from my ex-husband and his associates, none of whom have ever followed a single ALLAH's ruling. Under Jordanian nationality and the Hanafi school of Shari Law-which is applied in our case in Kuwait by the father's insistence-, Sharia grants not just custody but full guardianship to the female when male relatives pose a proven threat to the children—precisely to safeguard the child’s best interests.
Yet each time we approach finalize this case in Canada “Superior Court of Justice”, the file is sent back to square one and new “investigations” are launched—overriding the very principles meant to protect us and penalizing a mother who is striving to obey ALLAH and follow the noble path of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). IS THIS TRULY A FAMILY MATTER—OR SOMETHING FAR MORE TROUBLING?
The Prophet-peace be upon him- encourages the Muslim community to grow, saying he will take pride in its size before all other nations on the Day of judgment : “Marry and have many children, for on the Day of Judgment I will take pride in how numerous my community is compared with every other nation.”
“Marry affectionate, fertile women, for I will boast of your numbers before the other nations on the Day of Resurrection.”

At showing, the unbeliver have been trying to take our children to change their relegion without any respecting to the law in Canada which confirms respecting the religion.!
It is enough for me that I endured more than 24 hours of labor pains, knowing that my Prophet will take pride in me and my children on the Day of judgment. It is enough that Muslim Women bore that agony while waiting for the call to prayer to ring in their babies’ ears the moment they were born.
It is enough that I have borne the pain of losing three babies in my womb because of my ex-husband’s lies and his taking—without my knowledge—a medication that causes fetal deformities. He hid this truth for years, until one day we happened to meet his doctor, who noticed how tense he grew when we entered to the clinic and my ex-husband was surprised that she moved to another clinic in another city when went in for a treatment for my daughter. When I filled out the clinic’s intake form and stated that I had three miscarriages in three different pregnancies, she confirmed that the drug he takes for his severe psoriasis causes fetal malformations, and she had confirmed that to him before he got marriage from me.
You cunning liar, I will never give up defending my three living children.
ALLAH has protected us from you and your scheming all these past years, and—by Allah’s will—He will soon grant us victory soon of all the haters of Islam who are helping you in Canada.
By ALLAH Almighty, He will never abandon my children—children who are gathering in all the sessions and conventions of our Muslim community—and He will never abandon us, ever.
I believe that everything happens for a reason, and that ALLAH’s wisdom in every matter far surpasses what we can see. Surely, He placed my children and me in this Canadian trial for a divine purpose, and His plan is greater and more magnificent than any human design.
We will never give up, and we will never allow our history to be used by haters of Islam to misrepresent Islamic justice.
The time has come—ALLAH Almighty willing.
