Judge V. Mitrow - Court Appearance, today, October 15, 2024

"The affairs of the believer are all good... So, thank ALLAH for what He has decreed for us.

I deeply thank everyone who accompanied me to the court for support, everyone who signed this petition, and everyone who prayed for us in their absence... I honestly can't find the right words to express my gratitude... May ALLAH protect and take care of you all.

After we arrived at the court today, a courthouse clerk informed us that the session was postponed due to an emergency illness of the judge. Attached is an image of the email sent from the court to postpone the hearing to Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Alhamdo LELLAH, I have already submitted all the required documents before this session after officially serving my ex-husband, and they have been included in the court record.

HOWEVER, why was today’s session scheduled before Judge Victor Mitro (who is the same judge who issued a strange and suspicious ruling doubting the delivery of all official documents concerning my children to my ex-husband's lawyer on November 29, 2023, before the trial of a couple of days)?! I tried in every way to file an objection to the ruling at the Supreme Court of Justice in London, Ontario... I also appealed the ruling at the Divisional Court in Toronto.

I will pray for the quick recovery of Judge Mitro... But I insist on handing my case file to Judge Sharon Hassan so that all the manipulations present in my file from the previous lawyers and the new children's lawyer can be resolved, and to utilize the judges’ authority to issue orders against me that are discriminatory, putting me in a difficult position (either to comply with their strange orders as if I were simply handing over my children to them - ALLAH forbid - or to refuse the order and try to appeal it with procedures that were not smooth due to the discrimination against me, and upon my refusal, I would be seen as someone who is violating the court's orders (without regard for the best interest of the child... rather the goal is to take the children and prevent me from reaching them - ALLAH forbid!)!

I demand the appointment of Judge Sharon Hassan I DEMAND THE APPOINTMENT OF JUDGE SHARON HASSAN FOR MY CASE FILE AND TO STOP ALL THE DISCRIMINATION AND MANIPULATION PRESENT IN MY FILE.
