Is the oppression based on the RELIGION!!!! Will see!
I am waiting the release of the decision!!!
An order was issued to return the previous Judge. However, The trail was extended to THREE weeks to include CRIMINAL trial inside the international trial!!! Does that make sense?! Why? Because I am self-represnted!!!!!! If the courts allow to the people to present by themselves, why many of my arguments were ignored (even when they relevant to the case and very important) just because they mentioned she is NOT Lawyer!!!! SUBHAN ALLAH.
She left the same register in the court, who is already caused many issues iny file since October, she left Amicus who is a Lawyer to help the COURT�. She determined all the issues to be discussed in the trial and I cannot change them in the trial. She accepted to bring Sheiah (شيعي( to be EXPERT in Muslim Sunnah Religion!!!!!!!
In addition, once I filed motion for leave to appeal, they gathering with who are the same of them to interfere my applications..... All that to claim that I am "mental health"!!!! SUBHAN ALLAH.. Whatever you all are planning, again and again, I swear that my Lord (ALLAH ALMIGHTY IS THE BEST DEFENDER WHATEVER YOU ARE PLANNING FOR)!.
I am wondering why the main trial including another trial inside it regarding all the accusations from Kuwait by my ex-husband! Even when I mentioned about his authority in the Interior Ministry in Kuwait and how they helped him more and more after deported me andy children, the evidence from my side will be transparency for them. The Lawyers are disasters.
All the processing over MORE than one month of the trial! Was clear that the Lawyers prepared to decided in advance to keep the children in Canada, BUT they planned to charge me of something to take the children.
I cannot forget the story of the NATIVES' CHILDREN who were taken by force to �� change their religion!! Is that my children's situation as well? Is that the reason behind lighting the Lawyers in this case of my religion?!
FRAUD IN LONDON ON PROCESSING + THE DEVISION COURT TO STAY THE ORDER OF HAND OVER THE PASSPORTS !! Are both by chance or they are gathering each other in my cases to claim that I am MENTAL HEALTH!! ��
I think the problem in this case not that I am "mental health or crazy, as their claims", but rather that my RELIGION, FAITH, SMART, AND MY PERSONALITY OF FIGHTING FOR OUR HUMAN RIGHTS.
�� Whatever they will claim, I don't care. This is the same experience of our prophets, the stories from the Holy book, the story from AlSahaba, and all of the stories were explained for us before more than 1400 years.
�� Whatever will happen, that is our fate, and we will not say EXCEPT ( ALHAMDO LELLAH).
