RECUSAL the new trial judge OPPORTUNITY

In the first day of the trial, I requested recusal the judge and return the file back toy previous judge. Representative on behalf of Minister of Attorney General attended for this emergency claiment. The judge gave an excuse that the other party opposed recusal her from the file. OCL claims that he cares about the children, and requested to point Amicus curiae to represent on the mother behalf by claiming that the mother's religion and anxiety are barriers in the justice path and harm the children!

Is my religion (Muslim Sunnah) is the reason behind their racism and bias?! Is that what they claimed "barrier of the children's interest"?! 

What is fair by pointed someone who did NOT know anything about this case to be the representative in the FIRST day of trial?! If that happen (ALLAH forbids) I will be unable to present the evidence and testify the other parties by myself, in other words, they will focus on what they want to focus on. 

It seems that they justify of justice is to prevent the mother of defend herself before the court. They planned to control the process in the trial by control the testify, presentation my evidence, and the cross examination on the other parties!!! 

I have the right to clarify the fraud in my ex-husband's documentation, defend myself, and testify them based on my strength in this matter. 

Even the judge issued the endorsement with false claiming. They continued add more barriers in our justice path. 

Both Motions will be heard on Friday November 17, 2023. I MUST file my documents today, the respondent tomorrow, and OCL after tomorrow.
