The New York State Public Service Commission is taking REV (Reforming the Energy Vision) in the wrong direction by allowing utility companies to force us to have dangerous utility meters. Digital utility meters, including digital “opt-out” meters, should never have been approved by the PSC. They are not smart, safe or “green.” Analog meters are proven to be safe and reliable and have been working with solar power systems for years. Please speak out! Tell the PSC that analog meters are the only sustainable and safe meter choice for REV!
