National Rail are intending to build a factory to produce and distribute concrete sleepers near a residential housing estate within the vicinity of 3 schools which will impact on the pollution, traffic and health of residents who have already been on the receiving years of developments over the last 2/3 years.

It will operate 24/7 and they have suggested an additional 5000 plus HGV's will be using the area per year, plus vans, plus staff and visitors this equates to 981 trips per week and  50,960 a year additional vehicles on an already congested area which has recently had the Lidl warehouse dumped on them.

This will impact on a small housing estate which is already concerned with noise pollution and traffic after recent local developments. This on top of the noise, pollution and chemicals (silica)  which are known to cause chest and skin problems.

It must be STOPPED
