We just received a text message that MiddleTown Property Group intends to show this unit to a prospective tenant tomorrow.  They are literally trying to rent my mother's home right out from under her, even though they have been duly informed that a lawsuit will be filed imminently and have been aware for months now that there is an active Attorney General investigation into their egregious behavior toward her. 

My mother is currently paying more than the listing price of this unit on their website.  She wants to renew her lease and they continue to refuse to let her.  This is the textbook definition of retaliatory housing discrimination.  

Please help to stop them by sharing this petition with everyone you know and asking them to sign it.
